Goals
Prayer

Energize individual and communal prayer (through silence, meditation, discernment, God’s presence, and a deeper relationship with God). This will be evidenced by the improved spiritual vitality of the parish, an increasing number of testimonials to the power of prayer, and an increase in the celebration of the sacraments by June 30, 2007.

Faith Formation

Involve 2500 people representing each generation of the parish in a comprehensive, integrated Catholic faith formation process by June 30, 2007.

Spiritual Community

Invest every parish member in nurturing, supporting, and encouraging the spiritual welfare of those in relationship with our faith community. This will be achieved by retention of parishioners, participation in ministries, and an influx of new parishioners. It will also be evidenced by an average score of 4.25/5 points on the Spiritual Community questionnaire by June 30, 2007.

Christian Service

Engage 40% of parish members in all ministries, through the stewardship of time and talent, to serve an increased number of parishioners and the wider community by June 30, 2007.

Stewardship

Engage 100% of parish to provide financial contributions, recognizing all that we have is given by God, in order to meet prioritized operational expenses, staged debt reduction, and planned future capital expenditures by June 30, 2007.

Communication

Continuously improve timely and accurate communications on progress toward Parish goals using redundant, multi-media, and multi-channel forms of communication as measured by a Communications Survey by June 30, 2007.
