The committee report will be found at the link below:
Joined in a mutually beneficial relationship with our sister community, Haciendita Uno, and guided by the Holy Spirit, we will humbly share our gifts with each other so that our communities are united in a journey of love and faith in Jesus Christ. By building this relationship with Haciendita Uno, we at OLGC will create increasing (community) awareness about the dehumanizing impact of poverty as we strive for peace and justice. At the same time we will be enriched by the example of the members of Haciendita Una and their demonstrated strong belief in God as they collectively and selflessly share their limited resources in meeting the basic needs of all their community members.
The Haciendita Uno Steering Committee meets monthly on the second Monday of the month in the Fr LeFevre Room at 7:00 pm. Any one is welcome to attend.
